Tell us why here [redacted] [redacted] ** [redacted] To whom it may concern: This letter is in response to the complaint filed against us by [redacted] My Client, [redacted] , asked if we could get the water on for them prior to move in I told them it would be done before they return home As promised I had it turned on however I did explain that the cast iron radiators had to be ordered and the plumber contracted for the job was going on vacation [redacted] expressed to me that it was fine as long as they had running hot and cold water They have since moved back home and have all the functions of both hot and cold water throughout the house I have kept in contact with [redacted] giving him updates in person and via email that my plumber will be returning from his vacation on Wednesday, September *, at that time we will schedule the date for installationOnce again he seemed OK with this Now it has come to my attention that day after my onsite visit with [redacted] he is now making a complaint against me I have completed 95% of this job as promised and am just waiting on this last item The [redacted] still owe me more money than the actual amount of work left to complete
Tell us why here I spoke with the client earlier today they said they are going to recind this complaint , can you keep me updated and let me know when they withdraw it ? would I need to contact you via phone to find out ?
