promotion services, it is our understanding that his services were performed in accordance with the terms of his contract.However, the complainant did not uphold his contractual obligations and did not make any of his agreed upon payments to Universal Payment Corporation. Upon receipt of this complaint, several attempts were made by telephone, email and overnight mail requesting that the complainant contact us in order to speak with him and hopefully resolve this matter. To date, we have not heard back from him.Should the complainant wish to discuss this matter, he should contact us.
