Processing Envelopes

I sent them $ 29.95 plus additional $2 for the rush envelopes and I was told they were gonna send me stuff for the envelopes but never received them.I sent out my money order of 29.95 plus additional $2 on 04/04/2015. And I received the start up kit today which is 04/09/2015. But when I received the start up kit it was told to me that I would have all the necessary tools for me to get started but that was not the case. I would a refund for a total of $31.95 if possible.Desired SettlementI would like my money back totaling $31.95 if possible because I was promised one thing and they did not keep their promise.
