Review: I placed an order from www.procameragear.com for one of their photo-vests, POTN-SAFARI-VEST , Size: XL , Color: Khaki, for $44.95 via [redacted]. The website states that it is a special order item that 'usually ships in 2-3 weeks'. I waited and waited and waited and never received any shipment notification. After weeks and weeks of waiting I tried to contact the company via the phone number and email addresses listed on their business's several times, called during normal business hours, left voicemails and sent multiple emails. As of the 3/10/2014 I was unable to ever reach anyone at this business. [redacted] confirmed that the company received my payment. I obtained an email from an internet forum the company used to support, and emailed them. The email was not listed on the business's website though. I received an email back on 3/11/2014 stating: "These are special order items that normally take several weeks to produce and we are running behind from the holidays." Sent from a [redacted]. After that I have received nothing. They still do not answer their phone, ever, and I haven't yet received any correspondence that is actually from an address listed on the business's website. It is now well past the deadline to file a complaint via [redacted]'s resolution center (they allow only 45 days from the date of transaction). I believe that the one single email I did receive was a ruse to keep me waiting past the [redacted] dispute period. I have received nothing. I never got the item that I purchased. I have no financial recourse to get my money back. I am out $44.95 and probably won't get it back. I want others to be aware. I don't want others to fall into this business's trap.Desired Settlement: I would love a refund. But I realize it is unlikely. Should I not get my refund back, all I want is acknowledgement that this is not a reputable business. A company that never answers their phone number listed on their business's website, called during normal business hours is not a respectable reputable business. Any business that doesn't respond to customer's emails sent to the address listed on their website is not a reputable business.
