Ms [redacted] has attempted to defame our company with inaccurate dates and informationIn summary, she did not hire us until 12/11/We then submitted kitchen plans to the design center for cabinetsShe signed off on the cabinet layout on 12/29/and gave the okay to order cabinetsWe scheduled her remodel to start 2/12/– the week the cabinets would arriveOn 1/2/18, Ms [redacted] requested the project be put on hold for family issuesOn 1/11/she breached her contract with us and demanded a refundOn 2/7/18, we reached an agreement with Ms [redacted] and were reimbursed for our time on her projectWe have a stellar reputation in the community and with our past clients or we could not possibly maintain an A+ ratingThe sudden change in attitude was shocking and a total surpriseMs [redacted] was very happy with the scope of work and excited to see her new kitchen, until she involved her friendUnfortunately she let her friend insert doubts about the job and our company and derail her kitchen project ProBuilt Bath & Kitchen (303) 688-"Like" us on Facebook
This is a manufacturer ( [redacted] ***) issue, not an installation issue or an error on our partWe have installed doors now and all have had issuesThe customer was told (in writing) on July that the manufacturer was making yet another door for himAgalite has had their own set of delays, unfortunately, this summer, so we only received the door this weekWe are installing the new glass tomorrowWe have found text messages the customer sent to the owner’s personal cell phone, so the office had no record of these to respond toWe do apologize for the appearance of not answering his inquiriesTexts and/or messages on non-business lines are not always seen/heard and customers are supposed to direct all inquiries through the main office phone or business email
