Very professional salesman that went the extra mile.
Was impressed with the installation crew and the quality of the work they did.
House was left very clean and they finished on schedule.
Price was comparable to the other quotes I got.
Have not had any issues with the [redacted] Furnace purchased

Review: On Tuesday November 10th, 2015 at approx. 1405 hours, I was on Virginia Rd heading south coming up to Skyview Ave in the Spokane Valley. East and West traffic have a stop sign. North and South traffic on Virginia do not. At the time a simi truck from Pro Build was coming up to the stop sign at Skyview and Virginia when he did not stop ran the stop sign making a left turn on to North Virginia missing hitting me by inches. If I didn't speed up and move as far right that I could go he would have taking out the whole left side of car. I called company at [redacted] and spoke with the dispatcher and explained the problem. He just laugh he was acting like it was a big joke and did not take what I had to say serious. I asked to speak with the person who was above him but he said he was not there.Desired Settlement: I would like an answer from the company as to why their dispatcher was acting like it was a joke and did nothing to insure me that this would be taking care of. This company does not care how their drivers and employees act.
