Brian and the ProBuild crew went above and beyond our expectations. Within two days we had a shed, two car garage and house roofed, new facia board, drip edge and gutters done. There was some unexpected damage found to some structural beams that support our porch. Rather than charging a bunch more money to do the repairs he told us to pay for the materials and it would be taken care of. Extremely nice and professional crew. I have already recommended to several family and friends.
Flattering, we are simply in awe of this family and their commitment to do things the right way regardless - and so we shared in the cost by providing labor vs they the material AND succeed together. I personally am onsite for a family member of this great family as I type this out...THANK YOU!

This project is one that we have been blessed to continually enjoy as our path and relationship with the owners have kept us returning. To erect a structure through complete, from conception to functioning, is quite rewarding. The craftsmanship and details that remain dynamic today, after 7 years, speaks volumes about the customer's willingness to invest in quality materials and the cost of a reputable, caring general contractor. Our sincerest thanks to this GREAT FAMILY!
Brian and his crew refinished and stained a large deck project for my home. We originally planned to stain the deck with one color; however, Brian suggested we go with a two- toned color scheme. After seeing the finished project, we couldn’t be more happy with the look of our deck. It looks brand new again. The crew completed the project in less than two days and cleaned up afterward.
While working on our project, Brian noticed some roof damage caused by wind/hail. He completed a free inspection and is currently working with our insurance company in order to replace our roof!
Thank you for your words Ms.. It is not always easy to push the envelope in the design arena from a homeowner's perspective, though there is nothing quite as rewarding as pleasing a client after they step out in faith and allow us to lead them!! Great home, even greater family.
We secured a contractor to finish a job and probuild was issued the money from our insurance company. They were to pay the contractor for his work and they will not respond to us or contractor to issue payment. The contractor finished his job in a timely manner and we were very satisfied with his work. He needs to pay the contractor for the work and he will not respond to anyone.
Please be informed, as has the parties involved have been, that the owner has been called out of the country on an unfortunate personal matter involving loss of a former service member he once served alongside of in the USMC.
He is due back next week. We have little to no details of jobs as family members and not officers of the company, only knowing that the company is on complete pause until the owner has returned. We do know that there is nothing concerning the scope or dollar amount suggested I the contract or job file on this project. If the complaint registerer can provide direction through this email it will be handled immediately upon owners return.
No, we have not heard from any representative from ProBuild Roofing & Restoration as of this time. We paid the contractor so he did not put a lien against our house. We have also had some flashing that they put up that came off and they have not responded or came to repair.Thank you
This is incredibly ridiculous. I have spoken to the homeowner, Mr. *** by phone and text message. I have tried to schedule with these good people to complete this transaction on several occasions only to get no hard response on a meeting date.
I'm appalled on this and cannot seem to understand why this lady will simply not call it text me direct to schedule.
I can provide text threads and phone logs if necessary to protect our company's reputation in this faulty complaint!
I am rejecting this response because: He was informed clearly that we had to pay the contractor. All he had to do was reimburse us for what we paid. He has contacted us yesterday and we are to meet with him on August 14th at 8 am.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. Work was completed a few days later than quoted - however when we developed a leak we have been unable to get ProBuild to even reply to emails asking for help. I cannot recommend this company for any work - to anyone. Once the work is done - you'll never hear from them again.
We regret that this customer left this type of response. After completing a beautiful and successful complete roof restoration and gutter replacement over mid season 2017 - the customer was elated with our work and paid in full - we responded to a leak end of this season, that was found not to be associated with or workmanship, completed a repair AT NO CHARGE in respect for or former client, and fell we have done the right thing.
Brian and Probuild performed roofing and soffit repairs on my home December 6, 2018. The Probuild staff were professional and their work was completed to our satisfaction. Probuild did everything as promised AND evicted a squirrel family we didn’t know we had and secured area so they cannot return. Reasonably priced services and we felt good value for the cost. Brian made every effort to ensure we were informed and satisfied. Thank you Probuild for the good repair experience.

They were fantastic from start to finish!! They replaced my siding and gutters. They showed up on time, explained everything in detail, were courteous, and affordable!! I would highly recommend them over any other company.

I hired this company to provide services on a roof issue and some lighting change outs. The roofing they did complete to satisfaction after several delays and excuses, but the lighting services were not completed nor the money paid reimbursed. The company owner while courteous, gave numerous excuses for delayed service, broke my lights, and when he couldn’t return to complete the work I asked him to reimburse my half my money-being generous for one trip out taking down one light. My money was not reimbursed and I’m told won’t be. This company is completely unreliable!
We would like to note that this entire process was a favor to a former subcontractor's sister. After issues with the subcontractors integrity on a project, this was posted.
ProBuild Roofing responded very quickly each time I have requested a consultation for my real estate business. As a Realtor this is very important. I have had them do work at my personal home and the work was completed on time,, within the budget quoted and to our complete satisfaction.

We had an urgent repair need. Our delivery driver had damaged the canopy at a church. I was told by a friend to call Brian at ProBuild. ProBuild recently responded to a web submission after being referred to us by a family member.
The owner, Brian, contacted us the next day, mer us two days later to inspect and submit their numbers.
The inspection to about 35 minutes, and when Brian was complete he hand delivered us the estimate from a mobile printer, which was nice after waiting for every contractor to email theirs for some over a week.
The knowledge was there as well as trust so we gave a deposit that afternoon and within the week our roof was replaced.
The crew was so respectful and clean-cut. They cleaned up great and all was completed in one day.
