Hi! My name is Chris Violet. He took his listing fee but never paid me my $3700. Ive been contacting him for the last year about this issue, yet he always blows me off after chatting for a bit and says he will check on it...I just want my money owed to me and be done with it. I feel so violated. Weve texted via phone and email, yet he always finds a way to disappear after he says he will check on it. I just want my money without getting lawyers involved. Because he will be paying my lawyer fees, court costs, and my $3700.
Hi! My name is Chris Violet. He did the same similar thing to me in Nov 2020 when he sold my 2017 Mahomes Silver Prizm via his consignment services. He took his fee but never paid me my $3700. I have bad experience with probestin123, avoid this company, he is crook, he keep our expensive cards, rick probstein does not inform when he will auction your cards.he send invoice that he did auction ,send fake invoice ,. send you underprice invoice, few month later same cards you sold , (which he never auction did)it will listed under buy it now option 3-4 times value he paid you. I am planning to report to NJ district office for consumer fraud, which he prior history.
Review: Seller did not package the cards properly. Consequently, some of them arrived damaged. I offered to allow a partial refund, but the seller refused. The cards that were not damaged have already went out for grading. It is not possible for me to send the entire lot back. I do not understand why a seller would want damaged cards anyway?Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund that reflects the poor condition of some of the cards I received. Initially, I thought it was about 11 cards. But upon closer inspection, I found that it was far more.
mr rick probe stein you will reported NJ atty general for fraud and selling fake cards,
