poor quality of work. done [redacted] facier board and sofet vents falling off house. did not seal coat chimney only seal coat part of chimney, entire chimney should have been done. Business made false advertisement. also installed gutter downspout in wrong location. Business claimed to cover house while working on house, there clean up of job was horrible. Business also broke medal strain in driveway also handle on hose, tarp, 2 orange pails, left nail stuck in lower roof and also left dent in lower roof. Back facer board cut wrong, made in 3 pieces instead of 2 (measured wrong size and cut wrong size. what I saw in his advertisement, very good quality of materials but different materials on job site. Gutter guard material was poor. If I was a teacher and graded their quality of work, they would have flunked their class of workmanship, materials across the board. I called them thursday [redacted] and they told me they would show up Friday and company never showed up.Desired SettlementPaid close to ten thousand for job, have a hold of ten thousand dollars from this company until entire job is complete all mistakes and materials to correct poor workmanship. I had to refinance my house to have this work done and need another company to fix their mistakes and should compensate me for very poor quality of work and work I myself had to do to clean up their mess they left behind.
