Have received your letter & read the latest response from Probill I want to know exactly why the person that took my call flat out told me my account would be 100% discharged since the hospital discharged their portion & why they are not going to honor it Nobody that brings home $per week every two weeks has the ability to pay medical bills Proof of this has been shown many times Besides that fact I think the acctmay now be what's been called time-barred since it's at least years old, now I am being told to contact [redacted] , well how could I even try to do this when I don't even have that address? What kind of company treats people this way & gets away with it? It's not my fault I'm poor, I haven't made anything up, I've shown proof every step of the way, I do not have the ability to pay, clearly Regards, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern: In regards to complaint ID [redacted]he physician who treated the patient was out of contract with the insurance as of 04-04-2014. The date of the visit occurred on 06-25-2014 after the contract had expired. When a contract comes into place or terminates with an insurance,...

it is that insurances responsibility to update their system to ensure a claim is processed correct. This is not something we as a billing company can produce on a claim. Due to the insurance making a low [redacted] payment, not a commercial rate payment and date of the claim, we did a courtesy waive on the balance for the patient on 03-04-2016. We had considered the account settled and closed. Best Regards, R[redacted]Patient Accounts Team Leader

I have reviewed this account and have found it to be correct. The Hardship papers were approved for [redacted] County Health Center, not for the Emergency Room Physicians. The ER Physicians are not employees of the Hospital, they are contracted to work there. They work for the group [redacted] of Ohio, INC....

As soon as we received a copy of the charity, we sent the patient our own option letter for assistance on the Physician fee, which the patient has already attached. We have the patient called in on 03-31-2015 and stated she had charity, she was advised to send in a copy to Attention [redacted] for review. I do not show that [redacted] had a phone call on this day regarding the charity. The same rep who had taken the phone call that day sent out the option letter dated 03-31-2015. Please see attached consent forms signed by the patient showing they accept responsibility for payment. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at anytime.
