In November the patient called and spoke with the lead in the customer service unit who advised the patient what transpired on the call in June and the patient acknowledged that he understood. Parkview cannot accept the $100/month payment plan the patient has requested. The patient should work with the collection agency on a payment plan. If a payment agreement is reached with the collection agency and is adhered to, Parkview will ask that the agency NOT report this to the credit bureau.
