This complaint was first brought to our attention on 617, at which point we advised the troubleshooting methods needed to be takenOn we were told that the customer demanded a replacement pump ONLY and could not be without the system during the warranty check period, while we prefer to send an entire system this is what was requested of usWe sent a replacement pump on [redacted] tracking # [redacted] Delivered on 717I do not have any record of the customer ever speaking with us about this matter and all correspondence has been with the retailing distributor of mineIf the replacement pump did not fix the system then we would be more than happy to send a replacement mattress which she needs to request from the company that she bought the system from

The attachment proves that I originally asked for a replacement mattress and was only given a pumpThe attachment show contact between the distributor, company and me on the original date that they got notification about the mattressThe distributor DID ask for a mattress and was told that they(company) were doing a replacement on the pump onlyI did receive the pump and even notified the distributor that it did NOT fix the problem

On 7/*/17 we received the serial number and arranged for a return of the defective pump. On 7/**/17 we were told that the customer demanded a replacement pump ONLY...
and could not be without the system during the warranty check period, while we prefer to send an entire system this is what was requested of us. We sent a replacement pump on 7/**/17[redacted] tracking # [redacted] Delivered on 7/**/17I do not have any record of the customer ever speaking with us about this matter and all correspondence has been with the retailing distributor of mine. If the replacement pump did not fix the system then we would be more than happy to send a replacement mattress which she needs to request from the company that she bought the system from.
