We had Pro WoodCare restore and treat our deck and cedar roof. The crew was very neat, polite and the results were beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend their services to any friend or neighbor.
My wife and I have been using Pro Wood Care to handle the maintenance on decks and roof of our Door County Home. [redacted] and his crews have always been very courteous and professional throughout the entire process from the bid to work completion. Pro Wood Cares work speaks for itself. Our roof and decks are over 15 years old, and they still look brand new. We have large gardens around our house and the work crews were very careful when walking around and moving ladders not to disrupt any of the plants.
We have used Pro a few times and really like how they get the job done
Review: We had Pro WoodCare do work on our deck last year. Since that time we noticed the stain was faded on the deck railings. We contacted them in May about the problem. Someone from the company came out and looked at it and agreed that they would come out and re-stain the faded deck railings. We have called numerous times and they keep saying someone will come out and no one ever comes out.Desired Settlement: We just want them to do what they promised, re-stain the parts of the deck that are faded.

Mr. [redacted] is correct that we inspected the deck and said we would re-stain the railings. We generated a work order and gave it to a crew to complete in early June. The weather that day did not cooperate and the crew was unable to complete the re-staining. An error was made in our computer system when the crew turned in the work order which closed the job even though the job was not completed. We have re-opened the work order and will take care of this by the end of the week. We are sorry for the error on our part and appreciate Mr. [redacted] bringing this to our attention.

We are satisfied with Pro Wood Care. They did as we requested and more. They redid the entire deck.
