We called this company to remove an ice damWe had water pouring into our houseThey said they would come out first thing the next dayThey never showed up and never calledWe called them and left several messages and they never returned our callsWe end up having to call some one else, but now we have had water pouring in for two days instead of oneWe ended up going with The Ice Dam Guys who have same day serviceThey cost more that Pro Window , but at least they showed up

I called Pro Window Cleaning for an ice dam removal I told them my house was leaking water and this was an emergency They told me they could fit me in the schedule but not until the following day and that I would need to put down a deposit on my credit card I moved forward supplying all the necessary information They did not show up at the agreed time the next afternoon I called them and had to leave a message inquirying where they were No call back At that point I'd lost two days with a leaking roof because of these guys And then I needed to wait another two days to get someone else booked and out here Irresponsible and unprofessional company All they need to do was communicate and that was apparently too much for them

We called pro window cleaning - *** *** *** *** *** Naperville, IL *** from this company came on April 17th While cleaning my family room internal windows he broke a glass window and a roller shade by putting his ladder directly on the roller shadeHe promised me that he will replace the glass window and buy a replacement part(roller shade motor) and install itWe believed him and we tried to follow up on the replacement motor and glass door, when I called him on May 2nd to inquire about the status, he denies and states that he doesn't know me
