Review: We have stated numerous times to the insurance company that from the bad weather we've explained it caused damage to our house. the foundation on the right side of the house moved causing little cracks in the wall of my kitchen. When we bought the house 6 years ago the porch was doing okay. but later realized that it was falling apart on the inside. They have failed to help us in anyway regardless of having an umbrella in their name. which to me says that they should cover or at least help with some of my damages. They have sent two inspectors to come to my house without any warning what so ever. Only to deny the claims and send a notice saying they are no longer gonna insure the house because the damages are still there.Desired Settlement: All I want is help to fix my house. I'm on disability I physically can't work on my house and to be treated like this is not acceptable.
