Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Hello [redacted] ,I am writing to inform you that I Marked the last response on this complaint ACCEPTED BY MISTAKED! My intention was and still is to prove the complainant did not do the work on my vehicle at allThe Revdex.com has a copy in the records dated 7/7/2016, from " [redacted] " that is proof The work I paid the Complainant $to do on 5/23/was in fact NOT DONE..as the same noise returned on the same side as before prompting my immediate attention for a services check at the closest automotive shop " [redacted] "At that time I was given a quote for $for both sides to be replaced.As a direct result of the findings on 7/7/2016, I did not trust taking my vehicle back to the Complainant for any further automotive repairsAlso in the Revdex.com records is a copy of the Repair work done on 7/11/by " [redacted] "At this time I would ask you to resend the response from the complainant so that I may mark it an UNACCEPTABLE RESOLUTION.I apologize for any inconvenience If you have any questions or need another copy of " [redacted] " Quoted repair needed, please feel free to contact me.Thank you for your consideration in this matter.Regards, [redacted] ***
The oldsmobile Alero was dropped off here at Angel's Auto Service on a SaturdayThe only person here was our techI *** *** called the customer on Monday and told her it would cost $parts and labor to replace the hub bearingShe okayed the service so we did the jobThe part had a
warranty if she had called us we could have taken care of itWe have the invoice of the bearing that we bought. Bearing Hub assembly had yr warrantyCustomer never called to complaint about hub failureA refund for defective hub is available once a defective part is returned to Angel's Auto Service10-6-*** ***
