God is goodI have a regular mechanic who comes to my house named ***, who I was blessed to find about 3-yrs agoUp until that point I had always been gouged and ripped off, So I have been grateful since to have himI needed Transmission shifting problem fixed, and he referred me to Pro-Trans in DelandI thought, oh*** here we go, but I told them how much I was willing to put into the problem and please call first if moreThey called me just before close, and told me it was readyWhen I got there, the cost was the same as quoted, but the repair work was something different than thoughtOK I drive off, and problems showed up almost immediately that I had initiallyMy ride had already left so I called them and said this ain't right, blah blah blahMan acted surprised and says bring it back in the morningSo I'm just knowing they're gonna try to gouge me for more money, and I'm gonna end up having to junk the*** thingTook it back in the amThe man calls me at closing, and says my truck is waitingI'm waiting for the other shoe to drop, and he says how am II said well a bit apprehensive, and he says Oh you're fine! We found the problem was inside your steering column so we fixed that tooYou're good to go.(I had multiple electrical type issues not sending proper signals.) People that is absolutely the first time in years that I ever had a shop "make it right"I cannot believe that they didn't try to make me get a new Tranny! Pro-Trans is awesome!
