Car came in because it was overheating. Left here and was not overheating. He said he had problems with our work. I told him to bring it to us. he refused. I offered him $to make it go away. He refused. he already got $back on the credit card dispute
that I did not even try to go against. Gave him his $and he can go away. Now he want $++ the $he already got. which is all more than he spent here. ReallyWe put in a dorman thermostat housing which is aftermarket. but dorman is a a superior quality aftermarket part. Rarely had problems with em. No we did not pay $for it and no we did not kill him on the mark up. Price we charged was way less than list and was per our usual mark up matrixDoubt highly that the dorman thermostat failed. I do not believe the dealer on that one What was the code they had saying the thermostat was bad?Again, he already got $back. Not giving him anymore without seeing the car ***

 We are rejecting the response because we have proof of all the damage done by this repair shop. Videos, pictures and statements by other experienced providers. This man took advantage of us and as of this date we have had to not only fix the damage he had done to the vehicle, we have now had to repair all the work previously done by Pro Tire and Tune. Every single repair he did was poor enough that it had to be done over. So no, we do not accept his response and will now be taking him to small claims court.
