Review: I contracted to have a roof raised, bathroom installed complete with a working shower, carport and driveway extended and a deck door replaced. During the course of construction which took over a year, the contractors fell through the ceiling in three different rooms. These holes still need to be patched, sanded and painted. The shower that was installed still leaks causing a mold issue on a wall. The proper insulation for a room addition was not used so the room radiates heat or cold. No wall was placed up between the attic space and the shower wall. There are gaps in the siding that was re-installed above the carport that allows moisture to enter the house on that side. The new siding has come down two times now and a piece is still missing even though I have asked for the one piece to be re-attached. The seal to the deck door is separating from the frame along the top seal. All the debris was not removed from the site and the contractor still has my key in his possession but refuses to answer or address any of my text messages or voice mails.Desired Settlement: I would like the work that I paid for to be completed and in a timely manner...not over the next year. I would like receipts and paperwork in regards to all the work that was completed. I would also like my key returned immediately.
