I have an LG washer under warranty. ProTech (or Santana under another name) is the only "accredited LG service tech" that services my area. He was supposed to call me within 3 days. No call. I called Lowe's (where I bought the washer) and asked what the next step was. They called Jason and got him on the phone with me. He said "I'll be out there Saturday afternoon". He didn't call, didn't show. I have no idea how experienced he is because he never showed up. But if you search under his phone number you'll see this non-response is typical. I can only assume the 3 positive reviews on Google Plus are from friends or paid-for reviews, as merchantcircle reviews has the exact type of experience I've had this this company. After calling and texting him (and leaving a negative review on Google Plus) he texted me and said he "decided not to accept this call". I can only assume it was due to the negative review I left him. Completely irresponsible. If you really need a repair tech, you'd be better off calling someone who cares and will be responsive.
