At no time was there ever a discussion about 10% of money recovered. However, there was a fee given and that was $250.00 dollars for a demand letter and that was it. The firm cannot make such a bold statement as saying that Mr. [redacted] would not collect his money without his help, because that is not true eventually family members would of collected his money. At the first phone call or anytime in between would the attorney have said he would charge an additional fee of 10% of money he collects we would of took a different approach. This firm is dishonest.
