Pro-Tech Roofing and Chimney

Review: Last summer August 2014 Pro Tech redid the rock wall along my driveway in [redacted] with our existing field stone. It looked nice and overall we were happy with it. During the winter some of the rocks got knocked loose so I asked someone to come and repair it because we were told the rocks would not come loose and we were given a 25 year warranty. After at least 4 calls beginning in May, they finally called me back and agreed to come fix it.

Several weeks ago (July 24th) they came to repair it. I am not at all happy with the way it looks now and I want it fixed. Instead of just re-cementing down the loose rocks from underneath and behind so you would not see the cement, they used cement between all of the rocks on the top row that you can see.

Very sloppy and unprofessional. You should not be able to see all of the cement between the rocks. Before it was hidden behind and under them.

It looks horrible and I am very upset! I need someone to contact me a.s.a.p. to fix this.

We paid $5,000 for labor on this project and this is not acceptable.

I feel that we were ripped off with this work! I have left at least 6 messages and emails and NO ONE has called me back or responded...Desired Settlement: At this point, I either want a full refund or a repair to our satisfaction. This looks so bad that I seriously doubt that it's fixable with all of the cement slopped all over it.

They ruined very expensive field stone and did a horrible job and now they refuse to return my phone calls.
