Review: On 3/25/2014, ProTech inspected the home I was about to purchase prior to settlement. This should have included a thorough inspection of the roof. As I write this I am puttng on a roof which will cost approximately $7000, due to ProTech's inefficient inspection of such roof. Two roofers found caulking and tar repairs all over the roof, shingles missing, and in one area you could just about put a hand through into my house. The roof shingles were crumbling in their hands as they touched them. I would never have purchased this house if I knew I would need to put on a new roof within seven months. I will also add that on June 30, 2014, I had to replace the air conditioning unit which was totally corroded inside and produced a horrible smell in the house.Desired Settlement: Some sort of monetary compensation.
