I contacted *** with Prosports regarding an Oakland Raider Tumbler that I purchased for $Unfortunately I do not have the receipt but I have not had the item very longThe logo on the cup is no longer thereI am the only person who washes the cup and I know how to properly wash it as the instructions stateAll I wanted was to have the cup exchangedToday, *** got back with me and stated what there is no warranty on the Tumbler but what he could do is sell me another Tumbler for $Granted he did offer some resolution but not to the benefit of me, the customerHe did text me this messageI explained to him that most businesses would exchange the Tumbler, understanding that me, the customer would spend times that $in the future of apparelI did tell him that I have no hard feelings but I will not be a PROSPORTS customer anymoreI always thought that the customer is always right, especially if they are honest and upstanding like myself
