Pro Sports Club

PRO Sports would like to clear the record on this
matter. We did place a phone call to the
father on Wednesday, April 26th.
He did not answer nor has he returned our call. We will be trying again, but if you are
relaying the
message, please ask him to call PRO Sports Club. We are indeed sorry that the accident
occurred, but we cannot find any sharp edges in or around the tissue dispenser,
which is enclosed by smooth Corian. A
picture of the dispenser is attached. We
received a detailed description of our staff’s response, which seemed
appropriate in the written summary, but we of course are eager to talk with the
family about their perception

We contacted [redacted] after receiving his email regarding our billing system and explained to Mr. [redacted] that we have two different areas in our system that we store credit card information. One is for point of sale purchases and the other is for monthly billing. He wanted us to copy...

from one area to other but because of PCI compliancy, we were unable to do this. We emailed Mr. [redacted] back with no response. He then came into the club on 2/7 and provided his credit card information and did not have any complaints or seem angry. He left happy so I feel like this issue has been resolved. Thank you.

To: Revdex.com:Thank you for your summary of this complaint.  There is a lot more to the story, and Mrs. [redacted] version does not accurately tell why PRO Sports Club felt it was necessary to discontinue her membership.  We have already refunded the entire month of membership...

dues for May, which is the month that the situation in question occurred.  We are not aware of any other fees that would logically be refundable, but would be glad to hear what her thinking is on this matter/
