Pro Rv Repair

I have known Roe for years and last year Pro RV Repair winterized our Coachman. I have passed his name around to other friends of mine who have had work done and raved about Pro RV Repair.
For those of you that are going to call for service, be careful as I apparently got on his bad side this morning by parking my RV on the curb. This apparently made it inaccessible to him and this got us off on the wrong foot.
I also had to play a little phone tag with him to schedule this appointment however it’s to be understood as I'm sure fall is a very busy season for him. This was a sore point for him…. WHAT????
As a small business owner myself I know the importance of providing excellent customer service to create repeat customers. The Spokane/CDA area is a small community and word WILL get around. With that said, Roe where was my customer service?
