surgery-which is usually outpatient laparoscopy). He said the roof would be completed in one week. It was not. I sent him another message on Oct 9 explaining that I needed a roof or a refund within one week or I would continue with litigation. He called the following business day 10/10 and gave me a start date of  Oct 18. He also indicated he would upgrade to architectural shingles for no charge. I will let you know if he begins work next week.
