Pro Roofing installed a new room on our home in the fall of We paid Mr *** *** by check for the services - no insurance was involved weeks after install - two workers came to my door asking if we had the info for Mr*** - they were never paid by him Then a month or so later we received a bill from the supplier indicating that Mr*** had not paid them either and if we didn't pay them then we would be subject to a mechanics lean on our home Mr*** was very hard to get in contact with and said he didn't have money to pay the supplier So we ended up having to pay for that After months Mr*** did finally pay us back the monies we fronted to the supplier Late summer we found water leaking into our upstairs bathroom and bedrooms - there was a leak in the roof After collecting buckets of water we finally heard back from Mr*** who came out and didn't fix the issue He refused to give us the name of his insurance company and didn't come up with a solut

Project has had no oversight resulting in following issues:
James Hardie plank has manufacturer specifications for proper installation Material was not being installed per these manufacturer's specifications As the homeowner I identified some of these defects However, not being a professional home inspector, installer or mfr representative I cannot identify all of the defects from the incorrect installation that is evident by the defect I did identify
House had been without siding for over months due to installers rendering received material unusable after leaving exposed to rain and sitting in wet grass for days New material (standard color...not custom color) needed to be ordered and has not been received for months No completion date has been provided
The covering of other material in driveway has become torn and exposed to rain, frost and snow as well This material per mfr directions is considered unusable due to exposure to the elements as well Ther
