we have been trying for several days to get a status update on our order they were not afraid to charge your credit card the full amount but have yet to contact us to let us know if our order has been received if it's ready when it's going to be in nothing we have tried via telephone email other than an automated response nothing

We did receive an email from the company and the company gave us a full refund. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Ordered a *** Coronado above ground pool on May 10,2020 at which time I paid in full $4500 for the pool. The status as which it shows is "SHIPPED". There website states they will ship in 5-7 business days. I received a pool cover and steps but have never received the pool. I have tried numerous times to reach this business by phone, no one answers. You get a recorded message stating since the pandemic you need to send any correspondence by email. When emailing them on numerous occasions, I have received a couple of responses saying " all is in good standing, the Manufacturer is behind and they cannot give me a ship date right now. You cant actually speak to anyone. I have requested numerous times someone actually call me, no response. So in other words, they take your money, they don't have the pools and you cant talk with anyone and you have no idea when you will receive the pool you ordered if you will ever get it.

Total lack of customer service. Called 8 times got to hear recorded message on answering machine. Told to send E-mail.Ok sent 4 E-mails no response.
Ordered above ground pool & pool pad & cove kit order# pXXXXXXX on 5/18/2020. Was to ship in 5-7 days, 5/19/2020 charged credit card for 3,303.23 . So on 5/27/2020 began to try and find out shipping date,can`t get in contact with any one from pro pools. Began to look on line more customers have been duped by this company.Being told there pools will not ship till the end of aug. I would just like to get in contact with them to cancel order and receive credit back to my card.Once more the order # PXXXXXXX looking forward to hear from some one soon thanks

Finely recieved e-mail from*** stating he could not tell me any thing it was in the manufactors hands now .and he didnt know when the pool would ship.So has of today I still have no pool or now when to expect one!Thay did offer to Give a refund but ive wated this long,and seen in outher complants thay wont to charge you a restocking fee. for something thay dont have in stock! i`ll just keep on waiting.

The company hasn't sent me the pool pump/filter system that I ordered and paid for.
A little over a month ago, I reached out to ***.com for an above ground pool. I spoke several times to ***. He was extremely helpful and communicative. We came up with a custom pool package and I was able to complete the order online about a week after. Within a few days I started receiving tracking numbers for all the items that were being shipped to me. About a week and a half after ordering the pool I had received all my accessories with the exception of the pool and the pump/filter system. I contacted *** by email and phone. He advised that he would look into it and get back to me. A day later, *** advised that the pool I ordered was on back order and that he would help me pick out a new one and if it was a little more than what I paid, the company would eat the cost because of the inconvenience. I was blown away by this because most companies are always looking for more money. I decided to stay with the original pool I ordered and waited for it to be manufactured. A day after getting off of the phone with *** regarding the back-ordered pool, I called him up about the pool pump/filter combo. I advised that I haven't received that either. He assured me that it would be delivered with the pool. I told him that it's not the same manufacturer and he assured me once again that I would receive it the same time I receive the pool. Well, that I leaves me here and writing this complaint. I received the pool about a week and a half ago and I don't have my pump/filter system that I paid for. I have called no less than *** times. I have sent no less that *** emails. I have even had family members call and email on my behalf. I have yet to receive a phone call/email back. I now have a pool that my family can't use because I don't have a pump/filter. I understand that the company has picked up business due to season and the pandemic, but this is no way to treat a paying customer. A phone call or email back to acknowledge my concerns and let me know you are working on it or making it right is all I wanted.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund in the amount of $469.70, which is the exact amount that I paid for the pump/filter system I never received.

I purchased an *** Resin 18' Round Above Ground Pool Kit on 13MAY2020. I received two shipments of equipment but no pool structure.
I purchased, Order: PXXXXXXX, *** Resin 18' Round Above Ground Pool Kit with Standard Package, 54" wall, XXXXX on 13MAY2020. A had gotten a phone call setting up for the delivery of a shipment a few days later which consisted of a ***,*** fitting with check valve, 18' x 54" *** liner, *** backwash hose, chemicals, *** sand filtration system, ladder kit, vinyl maintenance kit and hose clamps. The pool structure never arrived. I have tried numerous times to contact the seller through phone calls, which I have never received an answer and left messages, their website and e-mail, in which all I get in reply is an automated response. I paid in full with a credit card the amount of $2,740.05. I again on 26MAY2020 went to their website which now it indicates that the pool is out of stock, 2 weeks after I purchased it with no prior indication when I purchased the pool that it was not in stock.

Desired Outcome

I would like the seller to contact me and schedule the delivery of the rest of the entire pool package I paid for weeks ago.

The business contacted me via e-mail and gave me updates as to when the rest of the items would arrive. I understand that things are hectic with what is going on with the world, time of year etc. and only wish the communication was better from the start. I do not have a problem waiting for most orders as long as I am kept up to date on whats going on and I believe I'm not the only one who feels this way. Thank you all and stay safe.

I should've received my pool within weeks and absolutely no later than 4 weeks. We cannot wait until July or August. This is unacceptable.
I placed my order on May 12, 2020 with the expectation it would take 2-4 weeks to receive my pool. I just paid to level the ground and I am having sand delivered TODAY. I already paid the pool instillation company. I was just notified today that we have to wait until July or August. I cannot wait that long. Please, we need our pool in the next week or two. What can you do to help us receive our pool as quickly as possible? My order number is: ***. I understand you are busy and working around the clock but if shipping was going to take 6-8 weeks it should be clearly noted on your website and I should have been notified the same day I placed the order. My grandson had Down syndrome and we ordered this pool for him to work on his swimming skills this summer since his pool is closed and we cannot continue swim lessons due to *** and he is ***. Please help.

I would like a pool of the same or better quality shipped immediately for delivery within 10-14 days. Thank you

The customer service is extremely poor. Lack of follow up on issues in ordering.
The home office for Pro***s is in Lebanon, *** I was in *** process of ordering a *** package, *** salesman was helping me. I had questions and upgrades to add to *** order. This took several days because *** follow up on my emails took 1 to 2 days each time. On *** 5th day I had sent my last revision and final order. This was a $6,000 order. No communication back to finalize. I emailed for several days to please call me. I also left several voice messages asking for *** or ano***r sales person to return my calls. We were approved for a *** from *** with Pro***ls, I called for assistance. Oddly enough ***y do not have credible phone number or just not willing to provide or even call on my behalf to Pro***s. I find this very concerning and frankly unprofessional. They did tell me ***y are a sister *** to *** & ***.

I would like for them to reach out to me and complete my order.

It appears my Revdex.com complaint worked, within a day *** the salesman did call me. Apologized do to the volume of customers they have received. It is sad that I had to go to the Revdex.com to resolve a very poor customer service issue.
