Review: I purchased a "SKLZ team shelter" and what it suppose to do it protect team players from the sun. The second time I used it in 2 weeks the produce "fiber glass" poles snap on me and the push button poles on the base of the canopy won't push in anymore to close. I purchased the product on 08-22-13, the company has a 30 day warranty. I wrote my complaint about the issues to customer service on sunday 09-08-13 and have not received any response I called 5 time today 09-10-13 and the first time got transferred then I was hung up on then called 4 more times and left a message and still have not gotten back to.Desired Settlement: I would just like my product to be replaced.

I am sorry to hear about his experience trying to reach our customer service department. I did check with them and confirmed that Mr. [redacted] was sent a new team shelter as a replacement. Our standard turnaround time for returning customer phone calls is less than 24 hours, depending on the volume of calls received that day. Unfortunately, our customer had filled out an online form for customer service on the day we transitioned to a new website. We did not know until almost two weeks later that the form was not feeding into our customer service email account as it was supposed to. Once we were made aware of the issue, we promptly responded to all customers, including Mr. Rodriguez. Since his desired settlement of a replacement product was fulfilled, we are hoping that this complaint is resolved. If it needs any further attention, please let me know.

Review: I previously ordered basketball equipment from sklz.com amd after logging in to there website to check the status of the order placed. Im seeing that the order is in order processing status with no delivery information at all. I called and left several emails and all I get is an answering machine or a default reply email saying sorry. My payment had gone through and I have yet to receive any products that is illegal.Desired Settlement: All I want is for someone to send me what I paid for and an email with a tracking number for my delivery like good business practices..
