Pro Paving and Sealcoating

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] has given this out of state excuse before I will only except a full refund of $1, [redacted] has had over two years to fix the problem Sincerely, [redacted]

I went out there last week and fixed that. The man who filed this complaint wasn’t supposed to because I was waiting for the people at the end of the road to sealcoat their driveway. I went out there and seal coated their driveway. I was waiting on them not to have renters at their house. He had bad areas in the roadway. They were going to call the Revdex.com to say that I did what I was told to do

I'm out of state so I apologize for not respondingI do remember *** *** and I am so sorry but we did get so busy and I completely forgot about her job until the Revdex.com contacted meI will be refunding her depositPlease allow me a few weeks to do so as I am still out of state

This consumer does not familiar to me,  I do not recognize the name or address.  I will contact him today to see if he is my customer.

I am rejecting this response because:  all areas that needed to be repaired were not repaired.  The areas that required repair were clearly marked.  The seal coat placed had nothing to do with the warranty work. The repair work is extrmrly poor again.  I could not give this business anything but a poor recommendation.
