specifically had asked Ed W[redacted], then 2 weeks later Kevin- that the order must get to us by 2/21 or 2/23 because we were leaving on 2/23 to take our jerseys to an away game and had to have to letters and numbers by then. Neither package (neither [redacted] nor mine) arrived by the time we left on 2/23.    When we returned on 2/27 the orders had been delivered.  My husband said they were delivered on 2/27 which was of no use to us since we needed them before we left on 2/23. When we ordered the letters/numbers on 1/30/2017  we were assured by Ed W[redacted] that we would receive our order within 10 business days.  According to the calendar they orders came in 20 business days. Totally unacceptable.  Even if the order took 15 or 16 Business days, we could have received it by 2/20 or 2/21 and still had time to get the numbers attached to the jerseys.  That did not happen and we had to leave before receiving the orders. No one at Pro Patches USA said anything to either of us that there was a 2-3 day “processing” time frame when we placed our orders.  We have documentation as to when the packages were delivered.  They did not arrive by the date promised. According to comments that I have read recently about this company, there are many many comments about people not receiving their orders on time or not at all.  I am beginning to think that this company has done the same thing to us that they have done to others—that is, promised an order and then not delivered it in a timely manner or at all.  It seems that they have scammed many people. Thank you. [redacted]

contact them. He said that she can call and speak to him, and he will assist with a credit or with reordering the item, but their policy is to offer exchange or credit only and they are not able to offer a refund, especially on an order that they have recorded as being shipped on December 7.

This is a fraudulent company. I paid $21 to expedite shipping of my order (jersey, number, letters) to receive it in 3-4 business days to make a jersey in time for my son's birthday party. They charged my card $71.71 right away for the order. When I didn't receive the order a week later, the day of the party, I called the company and they said it was never shipped, some items were on back order. (Thanks for notifying me earlier when you knew I paid $21 to expedite the shipping). I obviously cancelled my order right then as I didn't receive the items in time. I have called every week since and EVERY SINGLE TIME, "Ed" says my order was never cancelled, he'll cancel it right then on the phone, to wait 3-5 days to see the credit. EVERY TIME I CALL. It has now been a month and I received the number in the mail, not the jersey, not the letters, a MONTH late, after I've cancelled this same order FOUR times. He now says he won't process the return/refund until I go to the post office and return the item I received at my cost. I said I've been inconvenienced enough, I'm calling the bank and reporting this as fraud. He said he has the conversation recorded and will show the bank I refuse to return the item and he will further mail the rest out tomorrow so I can't say I didn't receive the items! I'm on the phone with my bank now reporting fraud.

Revdex.com spoke with Mark. The shipping notes the business has are that it shipped first class mail in November. They do not have a returned item but they are able to reship the item to the customer. Please confirm this and the business will get this out at once.

This is our second experience with this company. In 2015 we had a similar problem although the merchandise was eventually sent. Enormously frustrating. Until this is remedied, I remain enormously skeptical. They should use simple free package tracking from [redacted], and the fact that they don't is highly suspicious.

Their voicemail is constantly "full", as if they are no longer checking it. They are a corrupt company, in our view, as evidenced by the 100's of complaints they've received on line and with Revdex.com** [redacted]

Review: I originally had a #15 Chicago Bears "[redacted]" Jersey I sent to Pro Patches USA to have the number changed to #14 and the name changed to "[redacted]". I was quoted a price of $96.50. I was called via telephone a few days later saying the stitching on the original #1's now doesn't match the stitching on the new #4's and it would be an additional $30 to change all the old #1's, to the new #1 to match the new #4. When I received the jersey back it had the #15 still on it,but now the new numbers, they changed the #1 and #5 to the new numbers, and the name was changed but the "s" was upside down. The number on the back also was not centered with the name plate. The numbers were also dirty with black spots all over them. I called them immediately and they offered to fix it and refund me for the shipping. When I received the jersey back the second time the number was changed to #14 but it now slants to the left on the back. The numbers on the front and back are different widths (supposed to be equal), the #1 is big and the #4 is small. The numbers on the side sleeves are off centered. The big #1 on the back also has an out pouching defect, looks terrible. The upside down "s" on the last name is still upside down. I called them back immediately again and they want me to send it back to them for the third time. They obviously don't know what they are doing and I refuse to send it back to them again and have requested a full refund. They are very unprofessional in their responses back to me, telling me to go ahead and inform my bank and the Revdex.com because this is "an easy win" for them.Desired Settlement: I want my money back $96.50 + $30.00 + shipping = $138.50 and to have this company put out of business. They are advertising themselves as a legitimate business that does professional number/lettering but its clearly obvious that they don't have the slightest clue as to how professional numbering/lettering should look. As you can see from the pics attached that it is clearly not "one of the letters" as ProPatches USA claims I am unhappy with, it is every letter. Front, back, sides. The first pic is what I originally received back from them. It was supposed to be #14. As you see it is a #15 and the "s" on my last name is upside down. The numbers are different sizes and they are not centered with my last name, they are more to the right. However Kevin said to send it back and it would be replaced within 5 days, just like they are claiming now. I called them after a week and they still didn't start on it. What I received back are the remaining pics. The "s" is still upside down and the #14 is clearly slanted to the left. The numbers are all different sizes and there is an outpouching/defect on the left side of the #1 on the back. What I didn't show you with pics do to pic number restrictions is that the side numbers all sewn on off-centered. For ProPatches USA to send me back the jersey TWICE with multiple errors and failing to do what they promised the first and second time has caused me to not believe them anymore. They obviously have no quality control. ProPatches USA also promised a refund for my shipping (for the second time I sent it to them) in 4-5 business days which I still have not received, today is day#6. I will not be sending my jersey back, ProPatches USA has only lied and clearly has no clue what they are doing.

Review: Paid $376.00 to put New Nameplates and New Lettering but Pro Patches Failed to put New Plates which I paid for and just applied lettering to jerseys which ruined my jerseys and they refuse to issue a Full refund and my original nameplates. Review: I ordered goods in November for a Christmas Gift. The goods were never delivered and by December, I had to cancel the order. Propatches cancelled the order but "forgot" to refund my money. I emailed them repeatedly and in January, they said the refund went through, but it did not. I have emailed more than 10 times, left several messages, and they will not return my calls or emails. I offered to call my bank/cardholder with them for confirmation I have not received the refund, but again, they will not respond. It is now almost March and I still have not received my refund. I am not someone who has a lot of disposable income, so I really do need the refund owed to me. I have every email for tracking purposes if someone should need it.Desired Settlement: All I want is my refund. This has to be one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever been through.

Review: I made an order on the pro patches website (#[redacted]) for $31.02 on Feb. 13th. I received my products. I emailed and called over 25 times and got little to no response. I asked for shipment tracking numbers for weeks and then finally asked for a refund four times through email and twice over the phone. They told me that they send my items twice and that the US Postal service doesn't give tracking numbers, which is untrue. I then received an email as follows: "Hi Amber, we can do an immediate reshipment first thing on Monday. Will that work for you? I can ship 2nd day air at our expense. Let us know." on (3/5/15) which I responded: "No I would like a refund." on (3/6/15)

When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone a weeks later (3/11/16) they told me I could get a refund since my products never showed up and they had no shipping information on file. I was told I would get a refund receipt emailed to me. I called back three days later (3/14/16) to ask for the refund receipt and was told that my products were shipped for the third time on (3/9/16) without my knowledge and after I had repeatedly told them I wanted a refund. I was then told I would have to return the products to get a refund. I still have not gotten any products, tracking information nor my refund. It has been 30 days since my original order. The staff is rude and are scamming people with this business. I even went on their social media pages and found out almost everyone has had the same problems I have had. Please help me get my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for my order that I never received in total $31.02.

Honestly with all the people who have posted online about this company scamming people I don't understand why they are still allowed to do business.

Review: On or about June 11, 2016 I ordered 4 number patches from Pro Patches USA. I received 3 that were as expected. One, the away team number 5 was not received. Instead I received the number 4. I have called and emailed. When I called they stated that the corrected number was being made and would be mailed out. It has not been received. I have called a total of 4 times and emailed twice. Each time I called I was assured that the corrected number would be sent. On the call on July 22, 2016 I was told that the number was going to be mailed out that day and should arrive within 3 business days. Today July 28 I have still not received the corrected number. I called again today July 28, 2016. While I was on the phone I was put on hold so that the representative that answered the call could check the order. We were disconnected. I attempted to call back and no one answered the phone. Instead there was a message that stated that I should leave my information and a representative would get back to me. The voice mailbox is full and I was unable to leave a message. I attempted several more times to call back. Each time with the same message to leave information and someone would call me back. The voice mailbox remains full. None of the e-mails were responded to.

This may seem like a little thing however the project that I needed the numbers for was a gift. The occasion and come and gone and I still don't have the corrected numberDesired Settlement: Delivery of the corrected number that I ordered a month ago in a reasonable time frame . I am beyond frustrated.

I would also like an apology from the company.
