We at ProPaint are in disagreement with the statements that were provided in this complaint.  The account of what happened was not fully told and in some cases exaggerated.  We believe that the issue was already addressed directly to the customer and apologized for multiple times....

 As for the desired settlement, we have made Joe G aware of the situation. ProPaint always strives to provide customers with a positive and courteous experience.  There can be circumstances however that are unforeseen or beyond our control.  If a concern or issue does arise we do our best to address the situation keeping our customers in mind. The management and staff at ProPaint are always learning and applying new concepts from every circumstance that may arise.  We believe this complaint does not reflect the opinions of current and past customers.  An overwhelming majority of work completed by ProPaint is through referrals and past customers.  We pride ourselves on customer service and will continue to treat our customers with respect.
