Pro Overhead Door, Inc.

I bought my house in April 2014 and when I moved in, I had neither a remote for the garage door nor a code to use the keypad. The only way of entering or exiting was by using the switch on the wall, which was okay but not convenient. I noticed a decal on the wall for Pro Overhead Door (they did the initial installation many years ago) and gave them a call. Their technician was able to walk me through the process of resetting the keypad right over the phone and I did it while he held on the line. They also carried a universal remote that would work with my system. I compared their price to both [redacted] and [redacted] and they were right in line. I drove to their location and they showed me how to set it up. They also gave me a spare battery for free.

A few weeks later, the garage door stopped working. I called them and they had a technician out to my house within a few hours. He was able to fix it in about 45 minutes and I was up and running again. It seems that a part had worn away (the apparatus is several years old) and he was able to rebuild it without any problems.

It has been several months now and everything is working perfectly. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. They're a great company to deal with and they know their stuff.
