After a nightmare experience with a company that came out BEFORE Pro n stall, I cannot express enough what a pleasure it was to work with these peopleI knew I was on the right track when the office people actually answered the phone, were polite, professional and responsiveThe service man who both identified the problem, the solution and saw the project through from start to finish was *** Let me tell you people, if you have a problem with your ac, this is the guy you want at your house (I cannot speak to their other servicemen because *** is the only one I dealt with)*** was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything (even while he was working elsewhere he took a significant amount of time to answer questions by phone)He completed the job in a timely manner and arrived on the day/time that was promisedThe a/c is now working (finally) because this company employs people who know how to do their jobWhat a relief it is to deal with people who possess integrity and treat you (and your home) with respectBig thank you to *** Will most definitely use this company for future needs

Pro N Stall were recommended to us this week, and came out promptly to assess our burst pipe and blocked toilet. The owner was really friendly and helpful, and arranged for one of his employees to do the repairs needed the next morning. Our whole experience with this company was excellent, and we would definitely use their services again if needed, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
