I've never used movers before in my life until I had to do a small move from Anaheim to Santa Ana last week and these guys did a GREAT JOB! They were on time, super friendly, fast and efficientAll of our stuff arrived in perfect condition, no scratchers or dents; the movers were really careful about our belongings, but super quick at the same timeIt took less than hours!!! I was impressed with their professionalism and amazing attitude towards everyone and everything, they made sure the move went as smoothly as possible! Definitely worth every penny spent and a five-star rating! Highest recommendation for anyone moving in OC or LA
P.STheir prices can't be beat either! :)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I originally told them about the hyperlink several months ago It appears the company only understood what I finally meant when I said hyperlink when I got upset I don't understand why anyone, especially a business would not run a test on their emails and make sure everything is routed correctly before using them I also received a call from another one of their customers after they sent the response to you saying the issue was fixed

Hello [redacted],Thank you for forwarding this information to us. We did receive a call from this man a year ago. He told me that he was getting our calls. After looking at our quotes we email out, I noticed our 949 # was 1 # off. So yes people were calling him. We had no Idea. I changed it...
back to our #. I myself am not computer literate. So when I changed the #, I was unaware that it was still linked through his # on a hyperlink. So people were still apparently calling him. This man thinks we are trying to cause him stress, when in fact this is hurting our business. We have already had some people contact us from finding us online. Saying they called and spoke to our employee "[redacted]" and he said their move was done, or we cancelled on him. We do not have a [redacted]. here. I didn't put it together until we received an angry letter from this man [redacted] who filed a complaint against us this week. He mentioned in the letter that he would mess with our customers. When he called me the other day, He was very angry and emotional. I was trying to understand what he was telling me. At 1st I thought he was talking about our website. Then I realized he was talking about our emails. So I checked all our websites and our different emails while I was on the phone with him. Everything looked correct. It wasn't until I called my supervisor regarding this that I learned what a "Hyperlink" was. So I clicked on our # then his # popped up. I was under the impression the whole time that the issue was fixed. In regards to his comment about people calling from old emails, our quotes are good for a year. So customers pull up an old quote and call us from it. So since the day we spoke to [redacted] and heard his recent complaint, we have hired someone to fix the hyperlink on every email template we have. We also have double checked our websites. I can guarantee that he will not get contacted from any future clients.
What a great moving company! Their movers are very fast and careful. There are many moving companies, but not many like Pro Movers. You will be surprised how easy your next move will be when you hire good moving company. It worth every penny. Oh and their rates are reasonable too. So don't wait, use these guys!
