Review: We purchased a service to upgrade the electrical panel in our home. Two men from Pro-Max Mechanical came out to review the job. An appointment was made to complete the work in our home. No one showed up to complete the service on the day that it was scheduled, and we did not receive any notification of cancellation. My wife and I have left messages for [redacted] and [redacted] at Pro-Max Mechanical, and they have not returned our calls. We are very concerned as we have already paid for the service, and we changed our schedules, so we could be home for the electrical work.Desired Settlement: Return of money already paid plus expenses.
