This is the first time ever a company has returned advance payment on rent. This is the dumbest thing and action I have ever heard. I paid 3 months in advance via check. The check was returned because they only accept 2 months in advance. Sooooo...should I send now 2 separate checks totalling 3 months? Either way 3 months are paid. This is the most itic business practice ive seen. Most people are not disciplined enough to resend it. Just dumb.
