Highly recommend Paul F! He's the man! Get him a bigger shop! He was quick and did a killer job taking out the scratches out my car. Even the ones he couldn't get because they were too deep were touched up. Plus, his waiting room has free WiFi! I'd wish more of my friends and family needed detailing work done because he's great! Also quick at getting back to you! I will continue to do business with him in the future!

After endless hours of research of ceramic coatings for my new black GMC Sierra I ended up focusing on Opti-Coat. I found Paul and his company Pro & Local Detailing to be the only Opti-Coat certified installer in my area. I spoke with Paul numerous times before making my decision to coat my truck. After all it's a brand new black truck and from my research coating are not cheap. Paul's was extremely responsive, honest, and courteous. His knowledge of detailing and its products and techniques is astonishing. Paul literally spent hours working with me and educating me on the benefits and how to care for the coating going forward. Admittedly I am a very meticulous and detail focused person, to the point where it maybe annoying to others. I believe Paul has me beat in both these area. Paul truly cares about his clients and the services he provides. He and his company exemplify how a small business should be run. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Paul takes extreme pride in his work and boy does it show. Additionally his pricing was far below what my earlier research found. Paul went above and beyond my expectations, I would recommend him and his company to anyone looking for high quality craftsmanship!

Paul was awesome and did an amazing job on my car! He even had an Uber bring me home and arranged for an Uber to pick me up at home to bring me to pick up my car. The attention and care he put into the detailing of my vehicle and the extra additional cleaning he did to my car for no charge was very much appreciated.

These guys are true professionals. Had stains on my hood (from concrete cutting runoff during 91 construction) and submitted an inquiry via their website. Within a few hours, someone had called me back to ask more information about the paint damage, and requested that I send pictures. He then told me he'd reached out to a national network of detailers to see if anyone had dealt with my specific problem. Met with him the next day and he'd already worked out a solution. VERY happy, and will absolutely be using them in the future for all of my car detailing needs.

Awesome experience with Paul and Pro & Local. I was shopping to have my car professionally polished to remove some bad swirl marks I had all over my car, and was drawn to P&L due to all the 5 star reviews. Paul and his team definitely delivered an awesome service. My car now looks 10x better. He came to my house to give me an estimate and when I had the work done he paid for an *** from the shop fboth ways. I had Opti Coat Pro and all the prep work installed on my car for a reasonable price. He also included a glass treatment free of charge. The outcome was great, and the best part is Paul puts his word behind his work. Very impressed. Thanks guys!

Paul did an amazing job on my car, had some scrapes and scratches on the body of the car that were very noticeable. Thanks to paul you can't even tell they even existed. Highly recommended them for any detail or paint correction.
