We did a job for this same customer last year and she inspected the job three different times - once on her hands and knees - checking every wire and slat to make sure everything was perfect The job passed and she paid our invoice When she called us back to do more work, we knew how particular she was so went out of our way to perfect the job She called me to meet her on the job to check out the fence and she again went over it two times and I fixed every little piece of wire and slat that she insisted needed to be fixed She then decided that she wanted to make sure the fence was straight so got a ladder out and looked down the line of the fence and decided it was ok When we talked about the cement that she has referred to that spilled out from under the mow strip forms, she insisted that I break off nine inches long of approximately 1-/inches wide of cement, I explained that if I broke off the cement, it may crack the mow strip She seemed ok with this and wrote me a check I deposited the check and she stopped payment on it I called her to find out why and she again insisted that I cut off the little bit of cement spillage At this time she had her brother look at it and see what he could do Her brother told her that it wasn't a big deal and he could easily cut it off and she again wrote me a check and mailed it to me There was never any dispute of $or even any mention of it I am shocked that she felt the need to go to the Revdex.com

particular she was so went out of our way to perfect the job. She called me to meet her on the job to check out the fence and she again went over it two times and I fixed every little piece of wire and slat that she insisted needed to be fixed. She then decided that she wanted to make sure the fence was straight so got a ladder out and looked down the line of the fence and decided it was ok. When we talked about the cement that she has referred to that spilled out from under the mow strip forms, she insisted that I break off nine inches long of approximately 1-/12 inches wide of cement, I explained that if I broke off the cement, it may crack the mow strip. She seemed ok with this and wrote me a check. I deposited the check and she stopped payment on it. I called her to find out why and she again insisted that I cut off the little bit of cement spillage. At this time she had her brother look at it and see what he could do. Her brother told her that it wasn't a big deal and he could easily cut it off and she again wrote me a check and mailed it to me. There was never any dispute of $100 or even any mention of it. I am shocked that she felt the need to go to the Revdex.com.
A $100 refund check to cover the cost to cut off the cement will be issued to [redacted].
