I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The "piece of leather" they are talking about is what is sent with the wax, by the company to use on the string. I also only used it a handful of times and this string started falling apart two months after it was put on the bow. I am willing to have it evaluated by a neutral third party. The company has never seen the string. They asked for a picture and immediately after, blew me off saying it was they way I waxed it. I could not find a way to reply on the website. No, I have not. The string started falling apart and after they quickly blew me off, I had to have it replaced. I said I would be willing to have it looked at by an independent party. I assumed we would have to agree on a company. At this point, I no longer want a new string from them. Rather a refund. Even a prorated refund would be acceptable. I got 4 months of use out a string with a 12 month warranty.Regards,[redacted]

Review: I bought a bowstring from Proline Bowstrings. It started deteriorating, fraying and unraveling within two months. They have a 12 month warranty which they are not honoring. I have photos of the string.Desired Settlement: Replacement
