agreement for me  to do it, and stamped concrete requires two coats of sealant to look right and show the proper stamping effect on the concrete. The sealer also protects the concrete. There are saw cuts in the patio exactly where they are supposed to be to try to control where cracks develop, as all concrete cracks, and any professional concrete installation includes either saw cuts or expansion grooves. We also installed 4" of compacted 1" clean gravel base, so any crack is not going to be more than 1/16" of an inch wide. If he had called me, instead of just filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, I would have already gone down and looked at the crack for him. And yes, it took the full amount of time I told him it would take from the time he signed the contract to the time of install because we are a successful company who always has work backed up for 8-12 weeks because we do outstanding work. He absolutely LOVED the job when it was done. And I've never tried to collect the $500 that he owes
