Spencer has met with the customer on two occasionsWe have taken pictures and shot a video to show the customer that the truck did not cause the damage to his drivewayThe bumper of the truck is approx 8" higher than the driveway at the point of the damageIt is physically impossible for our
vehicle to have made the damage
