Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The driveway was indeed damaged by the crewthe were a few damages in the driveway itself.The damage on the edge was so low that it appeared no vehicle could cause the damageIt was probably from something popped out from the construction truckThe damage in the surface of driveway had to come from an object from the construction truck too.I reported the damages to the company promptly and the company postponed many times to respondOn the last time the crew did a trial drive, they nearly bumped the driveway edgeThe insulation work was inspected by Jonathan L***, a quality control inspector from Conservation Services Group through Mass SaveMrL [redacted] saw the fresh damage of the driveway and concluded the damage caused by insulation crewHe also fixed the problem of the central vacuum pipe caused by the crewThe pipe problem wasted my two hours to figure outMrL [redacted] can be contacted at [redacted] ***Thanks [redacted] *** Happy New Year! Spencer has met with the customer on two occasionsWe have taken pictures and shot a video to show the customer that the truck did not cause the damage to his drivewayThe bumper of the truck is approx 8" higher than the driveway at the point of the damageIt is physically impossible for our
