Review: On July 7, 2014,at 9 am, I called" Pro Home Services" located on [redacted], MD [redacted], tel : [redacted], for a clogged kitchen sink. At 2:30 pm, two men came, one seemed to be in training.They ran a " small snake " , three times with no result. They left, promising to return the following day at 8 am with more appropriate equipment to handle the clog. They returned at 8:15 the next day, this time with the right equipment. The pipe was unclogged within 30 minutes, both left before 9 am.Today, July 10, I received an invoice of $ 500.00 to my astonishment. I called the owner, Stan, to complain about their overpriced service. He told me that he did not charge me for the first visit, he also sent two men for the work. I did not request to have two men and that I told him upfront that I had a clogged kitchen sink, and that therefore they should have come fully equipped and prepared to resolve the issue. I am willing to pay $300 , which is already above the average of $100.00 but not $500.00. Stan is willing to bring down the price to $400. But I still believe it is overpriced and also The Pro Home Services is taking advantage of its client.Desired Settlement: To settle at $300.00 as requested above
