Pro Hockey Life Sporting Goods

Bought an item from PHL in a "Black Friday" sale for hockey jerseys at a reduced price. I work in the US but have a Canadian credit card and address I come home to for the holidays. I purchased the jersey with my CAD card to have it shipped to my US address. No issues were brought up on the website as I made this purchase.

Fast forward 2 weeks, my order was still on "processing" so I contacted the company via twitter at 1:15pm to follow up. At 2:34pm, I receive an email from the company stating that they had cancelled my order due to their supplier not allowing them to ship outside Canada. I did not receive a single reply on social media about this order. I emailed the company asking if they would allow me to change the shipping address as that was the only hold up. No reply there either. I now have no gift for a friend and have to scramble to find a replacement. The best part is that - no where on their website on the ordering page - did it say they would not ship outside of Canada. Their forms even allowed for US addresses to be filled in. So, their own mistake to begin with, then which they compound with poor customer service to try and resolve problems. 2 weeks for them to realize they can't ship to me (with my prompting to investigate), and then they just cancel it without an apology! That's ridiculous!

I would attempt to contact the company again, but I can see they have a habit of ignoring customers on social media. Maybe they're better in person but stay away from the online ordering.
