Review: I went here to get my hair cut and they got hair dye all over my shirt and refused to even give me the money back for my haircut let alone pay for my shirt and even rudely ran me out of their shop.Desired Settlement: I would like my hair cut refunded and my shirt reimbursed.

To Whom It May Concern, this is a response to the erroneous claim against my salon.

On the date of 12/28/2013 my employee [redacted] cut the hair of a male

client [redacted]. The hair cut went well and he tipped [redacted] $5.00. The haircut

usually cost's $20.00 but he received a military discount of 10% so the total was $18.00.

About 2 hours later his girl friend returned and stated there was color on his shirt. I stated

that there was no color was done that day. The lady was instant and aggressive about it. I

decided to give her half off of the hair cut; I gave her $9.00 refund to diffuse the

situation. Even after Mr. [redacted] stated that the haircut was great and tipped her $5.00 the

cut. His girlfriend stated that the haircut was not good. There is no way that any color

from my shop got on his shirt. We did not do any color that day, and we keep the shop

very clean every day. After the Girlfriend left Mr.[redacted] returned demanding to get his

money back for his shirt. He was very aggressive in front of our clients. He continued

arguing with me and threatened to call the police. I said he was welcome to call the police

and he did not. My clients were shocked, and I would like to report him to his command

for unbecoming behavior. This is clearly a scam and an attempt to get some money from

my shop and discredit my business; I have enclosed the testimony from my employee

who witnessed this event.
