Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/26) */ The claimant has indicated that her fiance was added to her account with no authorization from her. In fact, her fiance was listed as the primary contact on her account, he met our technicians at the initiation of service, represented himself as... a shared account holder, and signed all of the legally binding contracts and documents on her behalf. The fiance has past due accounts and these were joined to the claimants accounts when a review determined that he was the authorized agent for the claimant and was apparently sharing a residence with her. We retain original copies of the contracts wherein her fiance acts as her agent. It is our standard practice to decline service visits on accounts carrying a past due balance. As explained to the claimant repeatedly, our Service Manager was unavailable on the day of her initial request and would be informed of the situation at the earliest possible time. We will be happy to terminate monitoring when the claimant submits the request in writing, specifying the addresses as per the terms listed in her monitoring agreements. There are multiple addresses in question here, so we require specific written directives to clarify and prevent errors. Assuming an effective date of August 31, 2015 for both locations, a credit of $106.71 for three months of pre-paid service will be due to the claimant while an outstanding balance of of $338.57 for the fiance's addresses will remain due.

We received a call from a representative over at Proguard asking if we would like to purchase cutting wheels. Our sales manager politely declined and stated that we already get our cutting wheels from a local vendor. They then proceeded to say that it was a "Free" sample and shortly after we received a box of cutting wheels and an invoice for $224.91. We tried contacting the number listed on the invoice to inform them that they need to pick their "Free" sample up but every time we call their representatives somehow all seem to be busy. We did not authorize this transaction and we certainly will not be paying. We advise that anyone who gets a phone call from this business, hang up!

We received a call from a Sales Rep from ProGuard in February 2015 trying to sell us Cutting Wheels. He said he would send us some "Free" Samples. A week later we received the product samples. Then we received a invoice in the mail for $ 224.71. We have attempted contacting ProGuard to pickup there product and we have not been able to reach anyone at the numbers listed for this business. Then someone called and Our Parts manager asked them to come pick up the items and told them we never ordered this product. We have past due invoices from this business. We are not paying for something we did not consent to. Period! They shipped the product to our business and we will not be paying for shipment to return it.
