They painted our porch and it has been one month since they pained and the paint still hasn't dried. It appears wet and when walked on it is sticky. [redacted] was the employee we were dealing with. His painters painted 7/9/15. They said it would be dry in 2 days. It is currently 8/7/15 and it is still not dry. [redacted] is not taking responsibility for his work and will not fix the problem without charging us money to strip it down and redo it. He is blaming Sherwin Williams product for how it turned out. Sherwin Williams is denying it was their fault and no one will take responsibility and fix our porch.Desired SettlementStrip our porch and paint it correctly, with the correct paint and correct paint color.Final Consumer Response /[redacted]/Hi, Pro Green has finally agreed to come out and fix our porch. They are working on it today. I am still skeptical of how the end result will look, but I did want to notify Revdex.com and let you know they have at least decided to return our calls and are attempting to make it right.
