Contract not completed.I signed a contract for replacement windows and a screen for an exsisting window on Sept.29. Window were installed Oct. 24 however the screen was not. I paid the full balance and was told that they would come back the next day with the screen and install it. That has not happened. I have called Mr. [redacted] about every other day to find out what was going on and every time he tells me I'll be by tomorrow. This has gone on too long.Desired SettlementI want my contract completed.Business Response To who this may concern. Case # 40091964 Miss [redacted] job was completed before she ever contacted y'all I went over on the 16th or 17th and installed a screen on a old window. The problem with Mrs. [redacted] is she is a very impatient person I explained to her that our supplier had run into a problem and offered to give her their phone. She told me that she did not deal with the supplier she dealt with me. I told her that it typically takes 4 to 5 weeks to order replacement windows and get them installed like most companies and I felt like that we would still be able to honor that. Meanwhile while we were waiting on windows I talk to Ms. [redacted] and told her my problem but we still would be installing the windows as agreed she told me she did not care about my personal problems. She had been ripped off before The reason I am emailing you this is because I lost the paperwork at the hospital and need a copy to verify and send back to you. I went over there left a card on the door. I understand the next day she contacted y'all please call me at [redacted] thank you [redacted]
