On 02/09/2019 a payment was made to the owner of Pro Exterior Design, LLC for new gutter, down spouts and better gutter guards for $920.00. They came out several times and each time promised to finish the work. The gutter is in several sections and is leaking at most of the joints, some real bad and the gutter guard was not put on right. We called the business several times but could only talk to the office girl. He would not return our calls. We even called his cell number but he changed that number. We were told that the owner refuses to pay anyone to finish the job.
We didn't get a copy of the contract until a few days ago when my wife called to get the statement showing we paid. A few days ago the office girl said that they would be out next week. She said that she would try to finish the job although she knew nothing about the work but would try to figure it out.

we appologize for the lack of attention to detail on the part of the employee that installed the gutter guards for ***We have been in contact with Joe and his wife and are planning on coming out to complete the repairs on Thursday January 30th as long as the weather forecast does not change for the worst.

On May 9,2019 I entered into a contract with Pro Exterior Design to install a fireplace liner, remove 6 brick and replace and paint chimney. As of July 15,2019 all I have received is a token pressure wash of the chimney period. The painters finally came to paint the chimney July 13 th, showed up with a 6’ ladder,to paint a 2 story fireplace. I let them use my ladder but to pressure wash before painting. The paint they had was exterior but not for brick or masonry. After talking again to *** he said he would come back here this morning, still waiting. The only thing I have received of any value after 9 weeks and $718 was the pressure wash. Every time they schedule a time to come out to start they then change it. I have asked for my deposit back, no response He hides behind LLC

We do apologize for the hassle. Honestly, we had a few employees that were not meeting company standards and we had to terminate them. Ever since then we have been trying to catch up, and going back to old job sites and fixing mistakes or finishing jobs that were never finished. We have now hired replacements and have a full crew, however we did agree to issue *** a partial refund. We just couldn't seem to get on the same page. . We have contacted him and made him aware that he will be charged for the pressure wash and for the exterior paint which he claimed was interior and the wrong kind. *** did say he wanted to keep the paint but also said it was not the correct type. My painter sent me a screenshot of the paint and it was exterior, the correct type. Also, there seemed to be some confusion about exactly what the customer wanted as far as new stone vs. paint, in addition to a mild domestic dispute between the client and his wife which made my painter pretty uncomfortable. I will gladly issue a $400 check today and mail it. The remaining balance will be mailed next Friday July 26th. We have absolutely no hard feelings here, and wish *** and his wife the best. The person that spoke to *** is the one that showed up to do the power wash and the person ***r was normally dealing with was ***. She was our secratery that is now not employed with us.. We have already contacted *** about his refund and we are working on it. As of today we are putting it through the steps and process to have it completed please take note...

when the painter was here he should have checked the paint color, the paint is Not for brick and the wrong color, they keep talking about weeks for a refund but never an amount. Considering how long this has been going on this is one big joke.Let them return it or use the paint on some other customer. I do not want this paint under any circumstances. I will even bring it back to them.
